Natalia Kurlowicz graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in June 2020.  In October of 2020, Natalia was thrilled to join the multidisciplinary health care team at Tuxedo Physiotherapy.

Growing up Natalia was very active and participated in a lot of dancing and running. Her active lifestyle lead to a few injuries and muscle aches. She was introduced to massage therapy treatments to assist in her injury recovery. The treatment brought positive change not only physically but mentally. Natalia learned from her experience that human touch is very powerful. She is now able share the power of touch with the diverse patient community at Tuxedo Physiotherapy. The ability to treat patients at Tuxedo Physiotherapy with a variety of injuries, abilities and ages is a true pleasure.

Natalia loves learning about the human body and how it functions. She has completed a hot stone, cranial palpation, cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and deep tissue access course. She also enjoys learning from the health care team at Tuxedo Physiotherapy through monthly mentoring sessions, informal daily mentoring and bi-annual team education sessions. She is currently learning myofascial techniques in mentoring sessions with the Tuxedo Physiotherapy senior therapists.

When Natalia isn’t at work she loves to do anything outdoors, especially camping, cross country skiing, scuba diving and cycling. She also enjoys learning about nutrition and exploring the world.
