Drew Meller graduated with her masters in physiotherapy from Western University in 2016 following a 4 year honours degree in Biopsychology from the University of Winnipeg. Drew decided to join the physiotherapy profession because of the unique opportunity  it offers to work one-on-one with clients to help them understand their body, move optimally, and establish sustainable health. Drew works primarily with the general population and enjoys working with anyone who is ready to make the commitment to themselves to listen to their body and make changes toward moving optimally.

Drew’s educational background, devotion to continuing education, and understanding human movement allow her to go deeper with her clients to truly help them move better and get them back to doing what they love.

Drew is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and the Functional Movement Screen allowing her to take a broad lens approach to assessment and treatment with every single client. She is also certified in acupuncture, and functional dry needling. She has completed numerous orthopaedic manual therapy courses such as Lower body Mulligan Concepts, and APTEI Thoracic Spine 1 and 2. Drew completed a 12 week online course learning  from the Postural Restoration Institute which focuses on optimizing breathing and gait. Drew  also completed a course in pelvic floor exercise to help clients with pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy or post-partum.

In her spare time, Drew enjoys exercising and finding new and creative ways to move her body. She likes spending time in nature, hiking, skating, snowboarding and traveling to new places with friends and family.
