Monna Lee Salangsang Damaso

Monna Lee Salangsang Damaso is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines, where she graduated in 2018. She has a strong passion for helping individuals with neurologic, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal conditions regain function and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

Monna is certified in acupuncture and is a Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) Certified Practitioner for adults. She has also completed continuing education courses in cancer rehabilitation and hand therapy, demonstrating her dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest innovations in physiotherapy. Her approach to treatment emphasizes movement as a vital part of healing, integrating proven techniques with a personalized, patient-centered focus.

Outside of her clinical practice, Monna stays active through yoga—both traditional and aerial—regular gym workouts, biking, and long walks. She believes in practicing what she teaches, maintaining her own health to better support her patients.

Monna is also deeply involved in her community. Each summer, she organizes a lemonade stand to raise funds for CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, and she actively participates in the annual Walk for the Cure in support of cancer research. Her dedication to health, both personally and professionally, is matched by her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
